Kidbox Kidblock Party
Kidbox is a kid’s clothing subscription brand that partners heavily with charity. I was approached to Creative Direct & Produce a $25,000 budget event to celebrate their new office space, turning two as a company, as well as the launch of their original apparel line. I brought in my preferred logistics partner Jana Bergstedt and we took a couple ideas they were sitting on and built it out into a playful, branded event concept and game plan. We booked vendors, caterers, and talent, and hired staff and designers to produce various elements of the event. I created a photo booth backdrop, handwritten signage, and designed photo booth and snap chat filters for the event. We coordinated day of, and pulled off a block party that blew our client and attendees away! (We don’t yet have professional and press photos, but here is some iPhone documentation)
Event Working Deck
Good visual communication is paramount as a Creative Director. We shared this working event deck with our client so we were always on the same page with vision, ideas, and progress on the various elements of producing the event.
